My name is Mike Fournier and I warmly welcome you to our Website!

I have been providing quality IT support in the Rotorua and the greater Bay Of Plenty region for the past 10 years.
The last three of those years have been spent trouble shooting and repairing laptops, pc’s and printers under warranty.

I have gained a wealth of experience in business networks, data security, wireless technologies, data recovery, hardware diagnostics and general operating systems troubleshooting.

I have a vast and ever increasing knowledge of HP laptops and desktop hardware systems for both home and business equipment.
I also specialize in the repair, servicing and maintaining of Inkjet and Laser printers.
